TERMS & CONDITIONS (TERMS OF SERVICE)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of donbablic.com (“Website”) and any purchase made from DONBABLIC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

1. BUSINESS INFORMATION

DONBABLIC operates as an online retailer of perfume products sold exclusively through donbablic.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF WEBSITE

You confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your country of residence

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • You will not use the Website or products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. PRODUCTS

All products sold are perfumes, classified as personal-use and hygiene goods.

All items are shipped new, unused, and sealed.

Minor packaging or visual variations do not constitute defects.

4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer

  • Tracking is provided where available

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery

Damaged Shipments

If visible damage exists at delivery, the shipment must be refused with the courier.
Accepted deliveries are deemed received in good condition.

6. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY (STRICT)

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Any claim for:

  • Damage

  • Incorrect item

  • Missing item

must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period are denied.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & HYGIENE POLICY

NO RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations:

  • Perfume products are final sale

  • Products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once opened, used, or tampered with

  • This includes broken seals, removed caps, or altered packaging

EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene goods once unsealed.

8. EVIDENCE REQUIRED FOR CLAIMS

All claims must include:

  • Clear photos and/or unboxing video

  • Images of packaging and product condition

  • Shipping label and order number

Claims without sufficient evidence are rejected.

9. CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES & FRAUD

Customers agree to contact us before filing any chargeback.

Chargebacks for:

  • Delivered orders

  • Opened or used perfume products

  • Claims outside the inspection window

  • Claims without evidence

will be formally disputed with banks and payment processors.

Fraud or abuse may result in:

  • Account termination

  • Permanent purchase ban

  • Evidence submission to financial institutions

10. BILLING INFORMATION

Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping details. Fraud-suspected orders may be canceled.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Otherwise, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country apply where required by law.
